NDG STUDENT HOUSING

The professionals in NDG's Student Housing Group have developed over 5,000 beds of student housing valued in excess of $260 million and we have an additional 2,000 beds currently under development. We have also acquired several student properties comprising 1,150 beds. Our comprehensive Student Housing development model creates projects that serve well the interests of our students, parents, colleges and communities.
